My Ukraine work permit is already issued!

My immigration lawyer texted me this morning with a pleasant surprise: Less than two weeks after the initial work permit application was filed, my Ukraine work permit has been issued! I’m shocked at how fast this process is progressing. I keep waiting for this much-discussed Ukrainian inefficiency and bureaucracy to bite, but thus far it’s been an orderly, straightforward, and coherent process.
